Question 1

How does the sizing run? I've seen mixed reviews about the fit.

Accepted Answer

The fit is athletic and designed for layering. We strongly recommend consulting our detailed size chart (measuring a similar jacket you own is best). Many users, especially those with broader shoulders, find ordering one size up from their usual provides a more comfortable fit, particularly for active use like skiing or cycling. If you're between sizes, sizing up is the common recommendation.

Question 2

What's the real-world battery life on the different heat settings?

Accepted Answer

The included 20000mAh battery is powerful, but runtime depends heavily on the setting and temperature. On the High setting, expect 3-5 hours in very cold conditions—perfect for a morning ski session or winter commute. The Medium and Low settings can extend this to 6-10+ hours, which is ideal for all-day activities like camping or fishing. As a bonus, the battery doubles as a power bank to charge your phone!

Question 3

Is this jacket suitable for high-output activities like winter cycling, or will I overheat?

Accepted Answer

It's excellent for active use! A key benefit mentioned by cyclists and skiers is the ability to use the adjustable, targeted heat (zones in the core and back) to stay warm without the bulk of a heavy coat. You can start warm, turn down the heat as your activity level increases to manage sweat, and boost it again during breaks or descents. The material offers good breathability for a heated garment.

Question 4

How do I wash this jacket without damaging the heating elements?

Accepted Answer

Proper care is crucial. Always remove the battery pack and disconnect all wiring before washing. Close all zippers and fasteners, then machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Tumble dry on low heat or no heat; high heat can damage the internal wiring. Many users recommend air-drying for maximum safety.

Question 5

What if the jacket doesn't fit or has an issue? What's your return and warranty policy?

Accepted Answer

We offer a standard return window for unworn items with all original packaging. For defects, our product comes with a manufacturer's warranty. We acknowledge that some social media reviews have mentioned slow support in the past. To address this, we now have a dedicated support portal for faster service. Please contact us immediately if you receive a faulty product—we're committed to making it right.
