Question 1

I'm a total beginner. Is this kit actually suitable for me, or is it too difficult?

Accepted Answer

Many first-time users on TikTok share successful results, but they emphasize it's a skill-based process. The kit includes clear instructions, but be prepared for a learning curve. Your first attempt may take 1.5-2 hours. We recommend practicing the steps beforehand and starting with the brow lamination, which is generally considered easier to master, before moving on to the lash lift.

Question 2

How long do the results really last, and is the "upgraded glue" different?

Accepted Answer

When applied correctly, the lifted effect on lashes and laminated brows can last 4-6 weeks, following your natural hair growth cycle. The key to this longevity is the upgraded, stronger-hold glue included in the kit. As noted in reviews, this formula provides a durable bond, but it also means you must be gentle when removing the lash shields to avoid pulling.

Question 3

I have sensitive eyes. What's the risk of irritation, and how can I prevent it?

Accepted Answer

A small percentage of users report redness or itching, often due to sensitivity or solution contact with skin. A 24-hour patch test behind your ear or on your inner arm is non-negotiable. Furthermore, ensure you precisely isolate the lashes and brows to prevent the perming solutions from touching your skin. If you have a known history of sensitivities, consulting a dermatologist first is advised.

Question 4

What's the biggest challenge users face, and do you have any pro tips?

Accepted Answer

The most common challenge is the lash lift application, particularly placing and isolating lashes neatly on the shield. Reddit threads are full of advice: take your time, use a magnifying mirror, and ensure lashes are fully adhered with glue before applying any solution. Many also suggest watching several different application videos online to find the technique that clicks for you.

Question 5

Can I get multiple uses from one kit, and is it good value compared to salon visits?

Accepted Answer

Yes, one kit typically allows for 2-4 full applications (lash & brow), depending on how much solution you use. Compared to a single salon visit that can cost $100+, this kit offers significant savings. The value is best realized by someone willing to learn the technique for long-term use. If you prefer guaranteed, perfect results every time with zero hassle, a professional salon service may be the better choice.
