Question 1

Will the suction cup stick to a textured or pebbled dashboard?

Accepted Answer

This mount is designed for smooth, clean, and non-porous surfaces. Many users on Reddit have reported that textured or pebbled dashboards cause the suction to fail, especially in warmer weather. For best results, test it first on the glass windshield or a dedicated dash mount plate.

Question 2

Can this hold an iPhone 15 Pro Max with a thick case?

Accepted Answer

The MagSafe magnet works best with phones that are 200g or lighter and use thin cases (under 2mm). TikTok reviewers found that heavier phones like the Pro Max line with silicone or rugged cases tend to wobble or detach during sharp turns. For larger devices, we recommend adding the included metal ring or using a clamp-style holder instead.

Question 3

Does the adhesive leave residue or damage my dashboard?

Accepted Answer

The reinforced gel pad is designed to be removable, but customer feedback shows it can leave a sticky residue on soft-touch or vinyl dashboards, especially after exposure to heat. If you plan to move the mount frequently, clean the surface thoroughly first and avoid pressing down for more than 48 hours in one spot.

Question 4

How reliable is the “360° rotation” after a few weeks of use?

Accepted Answer

The ball-joint mechanism provides smooth rotation initially, but some users note it loosens over time, causing the phone to sag slightly when driving over rough roads. This is more noticeable with heavier phones. If you need frequent angle adjustments, check the tightness screw monthly—it's user-adjustable.

Question 5

What if the suction fails—can I get a refund easily?

Accepted Answer

Miracase offers a 30-day return policy, but customer service response times have been slow (some users report waiting 5+ days for a reply). For faster support, contact them through Amazon’s direct chat rather than email. If you're worried about long-term reliability, consider purchasing an extended protection plan at checkout.
