Question 1

How accurate are the health features like heart rate and SpO2, and is the female physiology tracking useful?

Accepted Answer

The heart rate and SpO2 sensors provide excellent data for general wellness tracking and fitness awareness, as noted in many customer reviews. However, they are not medical devices and should not be used for diagnostic purposes. The female physiology feature offers basic cycle logging and reminders, which users find handy for tracking, but if you're used to advanced apps with symptom prediction, you may find it more simplistic.

Question 2

I have a smaller wrist. Will this watch fit comfortably and look proportional?

Accepted Answer

Yes! This is one of the most praised aspects. The 1.27-inch screen is designed to be elegant and proportional, and the silicone band is fully adjustable with a secure clasp. Many TikTok and YouTube reviewers with petite wrists have specifically highlighted how comfortable and non-bulky it feels for all-day wear, including while sleeping.

Question 3

What's the real battery life, especially if I use the Bluetooth call feature often?

Accepted Answer

Under typical use (notifications, heart rate monitoring, checking time), you can expect 5-7 days. If you use the call function frequently (30+ minutes daily), as some Reddit users mentioned, you'll likely need to charge every 3-4 days. Turning off always-on display and reducing call frequency will extend it significantly.

Question 4

Is this a full smartwatch like an Apple Watch, or more of a fitness tracker?

Accepted Answer

It's best described as a hybrid. It has smartwatch-style looks and key features like Bluetooth calls and app notifications, but it runs a proprietary OS, not Wear OS or watchOS. This means you can't install third-party apps (like Spotify) or use a voice assistant. Think of it as a powerful, stylish fitness tracker with a great call function—a point many happy buyers emphasize when discussing its value.

Question 5

How durable is the screen, and what if I have issues with the app syncing?

Accepted Answer

The HD screen is durable for daily use, but like many watches, it can be susceptible to fine scratches from keys or abrasive surfaces. We recommend a cheap, third-party screen protector for peace of mind. Regarding the app, ensure your phone's Bluetooth and app permissions are correctly set. Most syncing issues are resolved by restarting both devices. The brand offers support through the app, and the watch is covered by a standard 1-year warranty for hardware defects.
