Question 1

I'm nervous about it being uncomfortable or painful. What's the real first-time experience like?

Accepted Answer

It's very common to feel a strange or intense stretch initially—this is the traction working. Most successful users on platforms like Reddit advise starting slowly. Begin with just 2-5 minutes per day, often without even inflating the pillow, to let your neck muscles acclimate. The goal is gentle relief, not pain. Discomfort usually subsides within a few sessions as your spine decompresses.

Question 2

How do I know if it will fit my neck and head size properly?

Accepted Answer

This device is designed as a one-size-fits-most for adults. The contoured foam base cradles most head shapes, and the inflatable air pillow lets you customize the height and intensity of the stretch. If you have a particularly small head or neck circumference, some TikTok users suggest placing a thin towel behind your head for a snugger fit. For larger frames, the adjustable air chamber typically provides enough range.

Question 3

Is it durable, and how long does the air pillow last?

Accepted Answer

The build quality is generally praised for its simplicity. The EVA foam base is quite durable. The key component is the PVC air bladder. With proper care (not over-inflating and storing it away from sharp objects), it should last for years of regular use. A small number of reviews mention leaks, which is why the product comes with a warranty—contact customer support if you experience any premature issues with the air chamber.

Question 4

Who is this NOT suitable for? I have [specific condition].

Accepted Answer

While great for general neck stiffness, poor posture, and TMJ tension, you should consult your doctor or physiotherapist before use if you have: a herniated disc, spinal instability, osteoporosis, rheumatoid arthritis, or are recovering from recent neck surgery or acute injury. This device is for gentle traction and relaxation, not for treating serious medical conditions without professional guidance.

Question 5

What's the realistic timeline for feeling results, and what's your return policy?

Accepted Answer

This isn't an instant fix. Most users report feeling a sense of release and relaxation immediately after use, but meaningful, lasting relief from chronic pain typically comes with consistent, short sessions over 2-3 weeks. As for returns, we stand by our product with a satisfaction guarantee. If you use it consistently as directed and don't experience relief, you can return it within the specified window (check your order details for the exact timeframe) for a refund.
