Question 1

What size CD cover does this frame actually hold?

Accepted Answer

The frame fits a standard single CD insert or booklet — typically 4.75 x 4.75 inches (12 x 12 cm). It won't hold a full jewel case or larger vinyl replica covers. We recommend measuring your CD art before buying. Many TikTok users have shared tips on trimming oversized inserts to fit the white mount.

Question 2

Is the glass real, and how fragile is it during shipping?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it's genuine glass, not acrylic. While it gives a crisp, professional display, some buyers have reported breakage in transit. We've improved our packaging with extra foam layers, but if yours arrives damaged, just contact us for a free replacement within 30 days.

Question 3

Can I display a double-disc or special edition CD with a thick booklet?

Accepted Answer

The mount depth is only about 2mm, so it's best for single-disc inserts or thin booklets. Thicker gatefold or double-disc packaging won't fit without bulging or damaging the glass. For bulkier albums, consider a shadow box or a deeper frame.

Question 4

Does the frame come with hanging hardware, or is it only for tabletop display?

Accepted Answer

It includes both a sawtooth hanger for wall mounting and a kickstand for tabletop display. The frame is lightweight enough to use with adhesive strips if you prefer no-drill hanging. Just ensure the mount and CD are snug so nothing shifts when vertical.

Question 5

What’s the return policy if I’m unhappy with the quality or the CD doesn’t fit?

Accepted Answer

We offer a 30-day return window for unopened or damaged items. If the CD doesn't fit due to sizing, we'll provide a prepaid return label. However, for best results, double-check your CD dimensions beforehand — many user complaints come from mismatched sizes rather than defects.
