Question 1

Are you sure these will fit my specific Oral-B electric toothbrush handle?

Accepted Answer

Yes, these heads are designed to be compatible with most Braun Oral-B handles that use the classic round head connection, including the Vitality, Pro, Smart, Genius, and Teen series. They click securely into place. A small number of users on forums like Reddit have noted a very slight fit variance with older models, but for the vast majority, compatibility is seamless.

Question 2

How does the durability compare to original Oral-B brush heads?

Accepted Answer

Based on aggregated user feedback, many find these heads perform well for the price but may wear out slightly faster than genuine Oral-B heads. The bristles can begin to splay or show wear in 4-6 weeks for some users, compared to the 6-8+ weeks often expected from OEM heads. For optimal hygiene and performance, we recommend replacing any brush head every 3 months.

Question 3

Are the bristles suitable for sensitive teeth and gums?

Accepted Answer

While many users find them comfortable, some with high sensitivity have noted the bristles can feel a bit firmer or less polished than the originals. If you or a family member have particularly sensitive gums, you might prefer a brush head specifically marketed as "sensitive." The value of this pack is excellent for general use and households.

Question 4

What is your return policy if I'm not satisfied or they don't fit my handle?

Accepted Answer

Customer satisfaction is important. If the brush heads are not compatible with your handle or you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact the seller directly through your Amazon order page to inquire about their specific return or refund policy. We recommend doing this soon after receiving your order to ensure a smooth process.

Question 5

Who is this 16-pack best suited for?

Accepted Answer

This bulk pack is a fantastic value for budget-aware households, students, or anyone who views brush heads as a regular consumable. It's ideal for families where multiple people use compatible Oral-B handles, ensuring you always have a spare. If you prioritize absolute peak material feel and maximum longevity per head, investing in genuine Oral-B heads might be a better fit for you.
