Question 1

How do these water shoes fit – should I size up or down?

Accepted Answer

Most users find these run slightly narrow and a bit small, especially if you have wider feet. Many TikTok reviewers and customers recommend ordering one full size up for a comfortable fit, especially if you plan to wear socks or have high-volume feet. If you're between sizes, definitely go larger.

Question 2

Are these actually non-slip on wet rocks and pool decks?

Accepted Answer

For casual use on sand, grass, or smooth pool bottoms, they provide decent grip. However, several Reddit users and reviews point out that the rubber sole doesn't perform well on slick wet rocks, tile, or mossy surfaces. If you're tackling slippery terrain (like river rocks or water slides), consider them low-grip rather than truly non-slip.

Question 3

How durable are they – will they last a full season of regular use?

Accepted Answer

That depends on usage. For occasional beach days and pool trips (2-3 times a month), these hold up fine. But many reviews note that the thin sole and glued construction can separate or tear within 4-6 weeks if used daily or on rough, rocky ground. Think of them as lightweight aqua socks, not rugged water shoes.

Question 4

I have flat feet / high arches – will these be comfortable for walking?

Accepted Answer

These have zero arch support – the sole is thin and flat, like a barefoot shoe. They're great for short swims, wading, or lounging, but not ideal for long walks (over 30 minutes) or hiking. Reviewers with foot conditions consistently recommend adding a cheap insole or looking for a shoe with built-in arch support for all-day wear.

Question 5

What's the return policy, and is it easy to return if they don't fit?

Accepted Answer

Returns are handled through the seller (SEEKWAY) or Amazon's standard return policy if purchased there. Most customers report smooth, hassle-free returns within 30 days for size issues. However, some Facebook group discussions mention slower refund processing if ordering directly from the brand's website. For easiest returns, buy through Amazon and use the “Free Returns” option.
