Question 1

I have very long, thick hair. Will this cap actually fit comfortably without being too tight?

Accepted Answer

Yes, most users with long hair find the size generous and secure. However, based on social feedback, if you have *exceptionally thick or voluminous* hair (like dense curls or a very large bun), a few reviewers noted the elastic can feel snug. For most long hair types, it's a great fit, but if your hair is extraordinarily thick, you might want to consider a cap specifically advertised with a wider, stretchier band.

Question 2

How durable are these caps with daily use? I don't want them falling apart in a month.

Accepted Answer

These caps are designed for reuse and many users report them lasting for months. The most common durability note from long-term users is that the inner waterproof seal or elastic may eventually loosen after 4-6 months of daily use. For the price of a 4-pack, this offers excellent value, and rotating between the caps can help extend the life of each one.

Question 3

Is the material comfortable, or does it feel cheap and sweaty?

Accepted Answer

The material is a lightweight, functional plastic designed for waterproofing, not luxury. It effectively keeps water out, but some users on platforms like TikTok mention it can feel a bit warm and doesn't "breathe" like fabric-lined caps. If supreme softness is your priority, you might prefer a satin-lined cap. For reliable, affordable dryness, these are highly praised.

Question 4

What's included, and what is the "double layer" actually like?

Accepted Answer

You receive 4 separate shower caps. The "double layer" refers to two thin, waterproof plastic films bonded together for extra leak protection—it's not a padded or thick thermal layer. This design is why users consistently rate its waterproof ability so highly. Think of it as a dependable, no-frills seal rather than a plush, structured cap.

Question 5

What is your return policy if the cap doesn't fit or arrives with a defect?

Accepted Answer

We stand by our products! If you receive a cap with a manufacturing defect (like a faulty seal), please contact our customer service team immediately through your order platform, and we'll happily arrange a replacement or refund. For fit issues, we recommend checking the sizing guide carefully before purchasing, as we can process returns for unused items in original packaging within our standard return window.
