Question 1

Will this board fit comfortably under my desk, and is it suitable for shorter or taller users?

Accepted Answer

The board measures roughly 20 x 14 inches, which works well for most standard desks (28–30 inches high). Taller users (over 6 feet) sometimes find their heels hang off the edge, while shorter users (under 5'4") may need to raise their chair height. We recommend checking your desk clearance before buying—especially if you have a low desk or keyboard tray.

Question 2

Is this board stable on carpet or hardwood floors, and will it slide around?

Accepted Answer

On hardwood or tile, the base can slide slightly during vigorous rocking—many TikTok users suggest placing a non-slip rug pad underneath. On low-pile carpet, it stays put well, but thick carpets may cause wobbling. For safety, we recommend testing on a firm surface first and avoiding use near stairs or uneven floors.

Question 3

I have knee or ankle issues—will this board help or hurt my standing experience?

Accepted Answer

While the rocker motion can improve circulation for some, users with existing joint discomfort often report increased strain, especially in the hips and knees. It’s designed for gentle, active balancing, not passive support. If you already use an orthopedic mat, we suggest trying this board in short sessions (15–20 minutes) before committing to full-day use.

Question 4

What is the return policy if the board doesn’t work for me?

Accepted Answer

We offer a 30-day return window for unworn, undamaged items in original packaging. Some buyers have reported delays in customer service replies, so we recommend contacting us via live chat for faster response. Please note that opened boards may incur a restocking fee, so measure your space carefully before ordering.

Question 5

How does this compare to a simple anti-fatigue mat or a wobble stool?

Accepted Answer

This board is more active than a flat mat because it encourages micro-movements that engage your core and legs. It’s less strenuous than a wobble stool, making it a middle ground for those wanting motion without standing on one leg. Many reviewers who tried both say a foam mat is better for all-day comfort, while this board suits people who prefer dynamic standing in 1–2 hour intervals.
