Question 1

Is the magnet strong enough to hold my phone, and will it work with my case?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the magnetic hold is consistently praised by users for its secure "snap." However, for optimal performance, it's designed to work best with MagSafe-compatible cases or thinner, non-magnetic cases. If you use a very thick or rugged case, the connection may be weaker, and some Reddit users suggest a MagSafe-compatible case for the best experience.

Question 2

How fast is the "fast charging," and do I need to use the included adapter?

Accepted Answer

This charger supports up to 15W Qi2 fast charging with compatible phones like the iPhone 15/14/13/12 series. To achieve the fastest speeds, you *must* use a 20W USB-C PD adapter like the one included in the box. Many TikTok reviewers confirmed it charges noticeably faster than standard wireless pads but noted it's generally slower than a full-speed wired connection—perfect for overnight or desk use.

Question 3

What's included in the box, and is the cable durable?

Accepted Answer

You get two magnetic charging pads, one 6.6ft USB-C to USB-C cable, and one 20W USB-C power adapter—a complete kit. The cable is designed for flexibility and length, but some users mention handling it with care as with any cable. For long-term heavy use, using your own premium cable is an option, but the included one works perfectly for most.

Question 4

Does it get hot, and is it safe for overnight charging?

Accepted Answer

Like all wireless chargers, some warmth during operation is normal due to energy transfer. Most users find the heat level manageable. It has built-in safeguards like over-current and over-temperature protection. For overnight charging, it's generally considered safe, but if you're concerned, many satisfied customers on forums recommend placing it on a non-flammable surface.

Question 5

Who is this charger best for, and what's the warranty?

Accepted Answer

This two-pack is ideal for anyone with multiple Apple devices (iPhone & AirPods) or who wants a charger for both home and office. It's a fantastic value for those entering the magnetic charging ecosystem. The product comes with an 18-month warranty and a 30-day return policy. If you're a power user who needs the absolute fastest charge possible, a high-wattage wired charger might be a better primary option.
