Question 1

Will this one-piece L-shaped design fit my specific desk?

Accepted Answer

It fits most standard rectangular desks with a flat edge up to about 1 inch thick. However, based on user feedback, it may not sit securely on desks with very thick edges, rounded corners, keyboard trays, or glass tops. If your setup is non-standard, measuring your desk's edge and comparing it to the product's inner L-dimension is highly recommended. Some users with unique desks have found more flexibility with two separate rectangular rests.

Question 2

How comfortable is it for really long work or gaming sessions, and does the foam hold up?

Accepted Answer

This is where the PostureUp shines! The memory foam provides excellent, consistent support that helps prevent wrist and forearm fatigue during marathon sessions. The L-shape is specifically designed to cushion the hard edge of your desk where your forearms rest. Users on Reddit and in reviews consistently praise it for making 8+ hour days much more comfortable. The foam is durable and retains its shape well over time.

Question 3

Is the cover removable or easy to clean? I'm concerned about stains.

Accepted Answer

The fabric cover is not removable. For cleaning, we recommend spot cleaning with a mild detergent and damp cloth. It's important to note that, like many fabric accessories, the navy color can show gradual discoloration from skin oils and sweat with heavy, daily use. Many TikTok users have mentioned this, so if you're very concerned about long-term appearance, you might want to consider a darker color or a style with a more wipeable surface.

Question 4

I've seen the term "non-slip" – will it stay in place on a smooth desk?

Accepted Answer

The underside has a high-quality non-slip material that works very well on standard wood, laminate, and matte-finish desks. However, a small number of users with exceptionally smooth or glass desk surfaces have reported some sliding during vigorous typing. For the vast majority of setups, it stays firmly in place. If you have a glass desk, you might need to ensure it's perfectly dry and dust-free for optimal grip.

Question 5

What if it doesn't work for my setup? What's the return policy?

Accepted Answer

We offer a standard return window if the product is in its original condition. Given the importance of fit, we strongly suggest checking your desk dimensions before purchasing. If you receive it and find it doesn't suit your desk, the process is straightforward. Please contact our customer service team through your order platform, and they will gladly assist you with a return or exchange. Our goal is to ensure you find the right ergonomic solution for your workspace.
