Question 1

Is the clock face durable, or is it prone to breaking during shipping?

Accepted Answer

The clock features a glass face, which gives it a clean, premium look but requires careful handling. While most arrive safely, a small percentage of users on platforms like Reddit have reported cracks due to shipping. We use reinforced packaging to minimize this risk. We recommend inspecting the clock upon delivery and contacting customer support immediately if there's any damage.

Question 2

Is it completely silent, or might I hear a hum or tick in a quiet room?

Accepted Answer

This is a battery-operated quartz movement designed for silent operation. The overwhelming majority of customers confirm there is no audible ticking. However, in a perfectly silent environment like a bedroom at night, a very small number of users with acute hearing have noted a faint electronic hum. For most people in living rooms, studies, or classrooms, it is effectively silent.

Question 3

How easy is it to read the time from a distance? The hands look thin in pictures.

Accepted Answer

The minimalist design uses thin black hands. For typical use in a bedroom, kitchen, or home office (within 10-15 feet), most find it perfectly legible. However, some TikTok reviewers using it in large classrooms have mentioned that students in the back row can struggle to see the minute hand clearly. If you need a clock for a very large space or for those with vision impairments, a design with bolder hands might be more suitable.

Question 4

Who is this clock the perfect gift for?

Accepted Answer

It's a fantastic, thoughtful gift! Social media is full of happy recipients. It's especially popular for math or science teachers, professors, engineering students, and anyone with a "nerdy" sense of humor who appreciates its clever design. It's also a hit for home offices, studies, and modern living rooms where it serves as a unique conversation piece.

Question 5

What if I'm not happy with my purchase? What's your return policy?

Accepted Answer

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If the clock arrives damaged or isn't what you expected, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receipt to initiate a return or exchange. We'll provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund once the item is received. Many reviewers have highlighted our responsive support team for handling any issues promptly.
