Question 1

Do these insoles fit all high heels, or do I need to check my shoe size carefully?

Accepted Answer

They’re designed for standard closed-toe pumps and heels, not for sandals or peep-toe styles. Many users on Reddit noted that the sizing runs small—so if you’re a US 7.5, the Small (US 6–7.5) may feel tight. We recommend ordering based on your smallest heel size, as the insoles can be trimmed slightly but not stretched.

Question 2

Are these insoles invisible in transparent or strappy heels?

Accepted Answer

The material is translucent, but some TikTok reviewers found that the edges still catch light in open-toe or clear-strap shoes. For solid-colored closed heels, they’re practically undetectable. If you plan to wear them in very open designs, consider trying a test fit first.

Question 3

How do these compare to gel pads or adhesive cushions?

Accepted Answer

Unlike gel inserts that squish down, these “weight shifting” insoles use a rigid plastic core to redistribute pressure under the arch and ball of your foot. They’re better for preventing foot fatigue in moderate heels, but you’ll feel less cushioning than gel. Think of them as a support tool, not a cloud-soft pad.

Question 4

Will these work for wide feet or high arches?

Accepted Answer

They’re best for narrow to medium-width feet with low to normal arches. Several reviews from users with wide feet mentioned the insoles felt too constricting. If you have a high arch, the rigid support may actually cause discomfort. For wide shoes, look for cut-to-fit foam alternatives.

Question 5

Can I return them if they don’t fit, or are they final sale?

Accepted Answer

The return policy is strict—many buyers reported that opened packages are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons. To avoid hassle, measure your shoe’s inner length and compare it to the product’s size guide before ordering. Some users found success with exchanges, but refunds are rarely issued after use.
