Question 1

How does the sizing fit? Should I order a size up?

Accepted Answer

The fit is race-oriented and runs snug. Based on numerous reviews, we strongly recommend sizing up from your usual casual wear. If you are between sizes or prefer a more comfortable (less compressive) fit, consider sizing up twice. Please carefully consult our detailed size chart (in centimeters) for the most accurate fit.

Question 2

Is the gel padding in the bib shorts suitable for long-distance rides?

Accepted Answer

The padding is designed for good comfort on short to medium rides. However, feedback from endurance riders on forums like Reddit is mixed; many find it adequate for a few hours but less comfortable on rides exceeding 50+ miles. If you primarily do long-distance cycling, you may want to consider this kit for the jersey and invest in a dedicated high-end bib short.

Question 3

How long does shipping take, and is tracking reliable?

Accepted Answer

As we ship directly, delivery typically takes 3-5 weeks to most international destinations. You will receive a tracking number, but please note updates can be infrequent until the package reaches your local postal service. This is standard for this shipping method, so we appreciate your patience.

Question 4

What is your return policy if the kit doesn't fit or I'm not satisfied?

Accepted Answer

We offer a return window for unworn, unwashed items with original tags. As an international brand, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend double-checking our size guide before ordering. For any issues with manufacturing defects, please contact our customer service with photos, and we will happily assist you.

Question 5

Who is this cycling kit best suited for?

Accepted Answer

This kit is an excellent value for cyclists who prioritize a breathable, stylish jersey and are looking for a great short-to-medium ride setup. It's popular with club riders, commuters, and those cycling in warm weather. It may not be the ideal choice for riders who exclusively do very long distances or those who prefer a loose, relaxed fit.
