Question 1

Do these socks run true to size, or should I order a size up?

Accepted Answer

Based on customer feedback, we recommend sizing up if you are between sizes or have wider feet. Many users on Reddit and in our reviews have found that ordering their usual size results in a snug fit, so opting for the next size up ensures optimal comfort, especially for all-day wear.

Question 2

Can these genuinely be worn with dress shoes, or are they too bulky?

Accepted Answer

They are designed to be thin and low-profile, making them suitable for casual or business-casual dress shoes. However, as noted in several reviews, they have a visible toe seam. If you require a completely seamless, formal dress sock for tight-fitting shoes, these may not be the best fit. They excel as a versatile "dressy casual" or office sock.

Question 3

How durable are they, and do they pill or shrink in the wash?

Accepted Answer

Made from a high-quality merino wool blend, these socks are designed for durability with proper care. To prevent pilling and shrinking, we strongly recommend washing them in cold water on a gentle cycle and laying them flat to dry. Some normal pilling may occur over time with frequent use, which is common for natural fiber blends.

Question 4

Are these warm enough for winter, and do they manage sweat well?

Accepted Answer

Yes! This is where they receive the most praise. The merino wool is naturally temperature-regulating, providing warmth without overheating. Its moisture-wicking and odor-resistant properties, frequently mentioned by TikTok users and reviewers, make them ideal for all-day wear, keeping feet dry and comfortable in both cool offices and during light outdoor activity.

Question 5

What is your return policy if the socks don't fit or meet my expectations?

Accepted Answer

We offer a straightforward return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unworn socks in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please check your order confirmation email for detailed instructions on initiating a return.
