Question 1

I have combination/oily and acne-prone skin. Will this moisturizer work for me or clog my pores?

Accepted Answer

Yes, HYDRAGLOW is specifically formulated to be an excellent fit for combination and oily skin types. Its lightweight, non-greasy formula with squalane provides hydration without feeling heavy or clogging pores. Many users with similar skin concerns on TikTok and in reviews have praised it for improving their skin's clarity and delivering a smooth, shine-free glow.

Question 2

I keep hearing about the smell. What is it really like, and does it linger?

Accepted Answer

The scent comes from the natural, active botanical ingredients like bakuchiol. Some describe it as "earthy" or "herbal," while others don't notice it strongly. It's not a added fragrance. The good news is that the scent dissipates quickly after application—usually within a minute or two—and does not linger on the skin throughout the day.

Question 3

How does Bakuchiol in HYDRAGLOW compare to using a retinol product?

Accepted Answer

Bakuchiol is a plant-derived alternative often called "nature's retinol." It offers similar benefits like supporting smoother skin and a more even tone, but is generally much gentler and suitable for sensitive skin. It typically doesn't cause the dryness, peeling, or sun sensitivity associated with traditional retinoids, making it a great entry point or a daytime-friendly option.

Question 4

Can I layer this with serums and sunscreen without it pilling?

Accepted Answer

To prevent pilling (when product balls up), apply HYDRAGLOW to slightly damp skin and allow each layer of your routine (serum, moisturizer, sunscreen) to fully absorb for 60-90 seconds before moving to the next step. Using lighter, water-based serums underneath also helps. Many Reddit users found this technique solved any layering issues.

Question 5

Is the hydration long-lasting, and what is your return policy if it doesn't work for my skin?

Accepted Answer

HYDRAGLOW provides immediate and noticeable hydration, though some users with very dry skin may desire a more occlusive formula for all-day wear. We stand by our products and offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you're unhappy with your purchase, you can contact our customer support within 30 days for a full refund. We recommend testing it for at least two weeks to see how your skin adjusts.
