Question 1

Does this serum actually work on stubborn dark spots and post-acne scars?

Accepted Answer

User experiences vary significantly. While some see a brightening effect and improved radiance, many social media reviews and product testimonials indicate it may not be potent enough for deep-set or long-term hyperpigmentation. It's often praised for giving skin a healthy glow and being gentle, but if your primary concern is pronounced dark spots, you may need a more targeted treatment with higher concentrations of specific actives like tranexamic acid or vitamin C.

Question 2

Is the 360° roller ball effective, or is it just a gimmick?

Accepted Answer

This is a common point of feedback. Many users on platforms like TikTok and Reddit find the roller doesn't roll smoothly and prefer applying the serum directly with their fingertips for better control and less product waste. While designed for a massaging application, its primary benefit seems to be cooling, not necessarily enhancing absorption. You can easily use the product effectively without relying on the roller.

Question 3

How long should I use this before expecting to see results?

Accepted Answer

For the brightening and glow effects, some users report noticing a difference in 2-4 weeks. However, for noticeable fading of dark spots, reviews suggest a trial period of 8-12 weeks is needed. It's important to note that the 20ml bottle may only last 6-8 weeks with twice-daily use, so achieving results might require more than one bottle. Consistent use and daily sunscreen are critical.

Question 4

Is this serum suitable for sensitive skin?

Accepted Answer

Yes, this is one of its most consistently praised benefits. The formula is generally reported as non-irritating, lightweight, and non-comedogenic. Users with sensitive or reactive skin often highlight that it doesn't cause redness or breakouts, making it a good option for those who can't tolerate stronger brightening ingredients.

Question 5

What is your return policy if the product doesn't work for me?

Accepted Answer

We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for unused or gently used items. Given the mixed experiences with dark spot correction, we recommend committing to a consistent routine for at least 3-4 weeks to fairly assess its effects on your skin's radiance and texture.
