Question 1

I have sensitive skin and am new to retinol. Is this cream suitable for me?

Accepted Answer

We recommend caution. While many users love this cream, authentic reviews from those with sensitive skin highlight that the retinol can cause initial redness or peeling. If you're new to retinol, it's best to start with a dedicated beginner formula or patch test this cream carefully, using it just 2-3 times a week at first to build tolerance. For a gentler alternative, you might consider a bakuchiol-based night cream.

Question 2

What kind of results can I realistically expect, and how soon?

Accepted Answer

Based on detailed user feedback, most people notice an immediate improvement in skin hydration and softness overnight. For textural benefits like smoother skin and a more refined look, consistent users often report visible changes within 2-4 weeks. Deeper anti-aging benefits, such as firming and wrinkle appearance, typically require consistent use over 2-3 months. Setting realistic expectations is key to satisfaction.

Question 3

How does the cream feel on the skin? Will it clog my pores or feel heavy?

Accepted Answer

The texture is one of its most praised features! Social media reviews consistently describe it as lightweight, non-greasy, and fast-absorbing. It provides deep moisture without leaving a sticky or heavy film, making it a great choice for those with combination or acne-prone skin who fear clogged pores. Many TikTok users specifically call out how it "sinks right in."

Question 4

Does this cream have a strong scent?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it has a distinct natural, herbal scent primarily from the Centella Asiatica ingredient. Most reviewers describe it as a "medicinal" or "herbal" fragrance, not a perfumed one. If you are sensitive to scents or strongly prefer fragrance-free products, this is an important factor to consider, as a small number of users found the scent off-putting.

Question 5

Is the packaging hygienic and how long does one jar typically last?

Accepted Answer

The cream comes in a jar. For optimal hygiene, we recommend using the included spatula or clean, dry fingers to scoop the product. With once-daily nighttime use, a 1.69oz jar lasts most users approximately 2-3 months. While some have expressed a preference for airless pump bottles, the jar design is standard for many premium creams and helps preserve the formula's integrity when handled properly.
