Question 1

I’ve seen reviews saying this case yellows even though it’s labeled “Anti-Yellowing.” How long does the clarity actually last?

Accepted Answer

That’s a fair concern many TikTok users have pointed out. No clear case is 100% yellow-proof forever, but this one uses a higher-grade material that resists discoloration significantly longer than cheap, standard TPU cases. For most people, it stays crystal clear for about 3-4 months with normal use. After that, you might see a very slight tint, which is generally much slower than what you’d get with a drugstore case.

Question 2

The description says “Mag-Safe Fit.” Is the magnet strong enough for a car mount or a heavy battery pack?

Accepted Answer

This is one of the most common questions we see in reviews. The MagSafe ring is designed primarily for alignment with wireless chargers and light accessories like a pop socket. It will work with many car mounts, but we recommend testing it first. For heavy items or bumpy roads, the magnet might not hold as firmly as a dedicated magnetic case. Some users found it helpful to buy a separate, stronger MagSafe sticker if they rely heavily on car mounts.

Question 3

Will this case and screen protector work perfectly with my specific Moto G 5G 2025 model?

Accepted Answer

Generally, yes—this fits the standard Moto G 5G 2025 perfectly. However, a few customers mentioned if you have a carrier-specific variant, the fit around the buttons can be slightly loose. We recommend double-checking your exact model number in the product specifications. Also, the included screen protectors are designed to be a hair smaller than the glass to fit with most cases, so you might see a tiny gap around the edge. This actually helps prevent lifting.

Question 4

Is this case good for drop protection, or is it just for looks?

Accepted Answer

It’s actually a decent middle ground. It’s not an OtterBox, but it features a soft bumper and slightly raised edges for the screen and camera that have saved many phones from waist-high drops onto concrete. The back is hard clear plastic, which provides structure. If you have a toddler who throws things, you might want something more rugged. But for daily life—dropping it from a pocket, desk, or car seat—it offers solid protection while still showing off your phone’s color.

Question 5

What if the case doesn’t fit correctly or I just don’t like it? What’s the return policy?

Accepted Answer

We stand by the product. If you’re unhappy for any reason—sizing issue, yellowing faster than expected, or just a change of heart—you can return it. Many sellers on Amazon offer a 30-day return window. Just make sure to contact the seller directly (LeYi) through your order page to start the process. They are usually very responsive about sending a replacement or refund if there’s a defect.
