Question 1

Is there a safety seal under the bottle cap for freshness?

Accepted Answer

Yes, NatureWise Vitamin D3 bottles should include an inner foil safety seal under the cap for your protection. If you ever receive a bottle without this seal intact, we recommend not using it and contacting our customer service team immediately for a replacement or refund.

Question 2

I’ve read some reviews mentioning softgels sticking together or leaking. Is this common?

Accepted Answer

While the vast majority of our batches are problem-free, on rare occasions, environmental factors during shipping can cause softgels to stick or, very rarely, leak. We have strict quality controls in place. If you receive a bottle you're not 100% satisfied with, please reach out to us. Many users on platforms like Reddit who experienced this found our support team helpful in resolving the issue promptly.

Question 3

How do these "mini" softgels compare to other brands? Are they really easier to swallow?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. This is one of the most praised features in customer reviews. Our softgels are specifically designed to be smaller than standard vitamin D capsules, making them much easier to swallow. Users often compare them favorably to larger pills from other brands. They are also "burpless" for most people, as they use organic extra virgin olive oil instead of soybean or other oils that can cause reflux for some.

Question 4

Is taking one softgel daily enough if I have a diagnosed Vitamin D deficiency?

Accepted Answer

NatureWise D3 5000 IU is an excellent maintenance supplement for general wellness and immune support. However, if you have a clinically diagnosed deficiency, it's crucial to consult with your healthcare provider. They can determine the correct therapeutic dosage for your specific needs and monitor your blood levels, as some individuals may require a different dosage or form of Vitamin D initially.

Question 5

This is a 360-count bottle for a "1 Year Supply." Will the pills stay potent for that long?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each bottle is stamped with an expiration date to guarantee potency through that time. Stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, the softgels will maintain their full strength for well over a year. The 360-count offers tremendous value, especially for households where multiple family members take D3, as noted by many parents in online reviews.
