Question 1

How do I know if this neck stretcher will fit me and my door?

Accepted Answer

The head harness is adjustable with secure straps to fit most head and neck sizes—many users with smaller frames have confirmed it works well. For your door, the included hook is designed to fit over standard interior doors up to 2 inches thick. If you have unusually thick molding or a hollow-core door, just ensure the hook has a firm, stable grip before applying full weight.

Question 2

Is the material comfortable and safe for sensitive skin?

Accepted Answer

Yes! The harness is made from a soft, breathable neoprene-like material that many reviewers find very comfortable. It's also latex-free, addressing a common pre-purchase concern. For extended sessions, we recommend wearing it over a thin cotton beanie for added comfort and moisture absorption.

Question 3

I've seen comments about durability. How long should this device last?

Accepted Answer

With proper care, the device is built for regular home use. The most common feedback on durability suggests avoiding over-inflating the air cell and storing it away from direct sunlight. While most users report long-term reliability, the pump mechanism is the part occasionally mentioned in critical reviews. We stand by our product's quality and offer a warranty for peace of mind.

Question 4

How does this at-home device compare to professional therapy?

Accepted Answer

This device is excellent for consistent, maintenance-level cervical decompression and pain relief, which is why many users call it a "chiropractor in a bag." However, it's not a replacement for an initial professional diagnosis or acute injury treatment. Think of it as a highly effective, cost-saving tool for managing tension and discomfort between professional visits, as echoed in many user testimonials.

Question 5

What if it doesn't work for my neck pain?

Accepted Answer

We're confident in our product, but everyone's body is different. We offer a customer-friendly return window. Our advice, gleaned from successful users on platforms like Reddit, is to start with short, gentle sessions (5-10 minutes) to allow your neck to adapt to the traction. Consistency is key—it's often more effective as part of a routine that includes posture awareness and stretching.
