Question 1

Will this keyboard cover fit my current MacBook 13-inch, or is it only for a specific "2026 MacBook Neo" model?

Accepted Answer

Great question! The ProElife Keyboard Cover Skin is precision-molded for the 2026 MacBook Neo 13 inch with the Apple A18Pro chip (model A3404) available in the US ANSI layout. If you have a different MacBook 13-inch model (like the standard MacBook Pro or Air from earlier years), it may not align perfectly. We always recommend checking your laptop’s model number in System Information or on the bottom chassis before ordering. Many shoppers find that reassuring—and if it doesn’t fit, our return policy has you covered.

Question 2

How long does the Ombre Pink color last? Will it fade or turn yellow over time?

Accepted Answer

We’ve seen mostly positive reports on color vibrancy. The cover uses a premium UV-resistant material that resists yellowing and fading under normal indoor use. However, prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or harsh chemicals (like alcohol-based cleaners) may accelerate wear. To keep it looking fresh, just wipe with a slightly damp microfiber cloth. A few TikTok users mentioned their cover stayed bright for over six months with basic care.

Question 3

Does this cover interfere with typing, especially key travel or backlight?

Accepted Answer

It’s designed to be ultra-thin—only about 0.3mm—so most users say they barely notice it while typing. Key travel remains nearly the same, and it won’t block backlighting on illuminated keyboards. One caution: if you prefer a very tactile, clicky feel, you might find it slightly muted. For everyday typing, web browsing, or office work, the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive.

Question 4

Is this a full-keyboard skin or just a sticker? How hard is it to install?

Accepted Answer

It’s a full-keyboard cover, not a sticker. It slides over the entire keyboard area and stays in place with snug friction (no adhesive). Installation takes about 30 seconds—just align it with the trackpad edge and press down gently. Removal is equally easy and leaves zero residue. It’s one of the most common compliments we see in reviews.

Question 5

What is your return or refund policy if the cover doesn’t fit or I change my mind?

Accepted Answer

We offer a 30-day return window from delivery for a full refund or exchange, as long as the cover is in new condition (unused, with original packaging). If it’s a sizing issue, we’ll help you verify your model number and get the correct fit. Many buyers appreciate this safety net—especially since product names like "MacBook Neo" can feel confusing at first glance. Just reach out to our customer service team, and we’ll sort it out quickly.
