Question 1

Will the clamp or under-mattress plate fit my thick mattress?

Accepted Answer

This is a common pre-purchase question. The adjustable foot clamp works well on most mattresses, but some users with very thick (over 14") or dense memory foam have noted it can slip. The under-mattress plate is approximately 12 inches long, so it may not be suitable for mattresses deeper than that, especially with a topper. We recommend measuring your mattress depth before choosing your preferred attachment method.

Question 2

Is the arm sturdy, and will it hold its position all night?

Accepted Answer

Yes! This is the most praised feature in reviews. The gooseneck arm is robust and fully adjustable. Once you set it to your preferred height and angle, the locking mechanism keeps it firmly in place, providing reliable hose support throughout the night without drooping or swinging.

Question 3

I'm a restless sleeper. Will this actually keep the hose untangled?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Social media feedback from active sleepers consistently calls this product a "game-changer" for this exact reason. By suspending the hose above you, it allows full range of motion for rolling over without pulling on your mask or creating a tangled mess, which many users say significantly improves their sleep quality.

Question 4

How does it attach, and is it easy to set up?

Accepted Answer

It offers two simple, tool-free attachments: a sturdy clamp that grips the side of your mattress or bed frame, and an under-mattress plate you can slide into place. Assembly is straightforward, though some users suggest taking a moment to familiarize yourself with the locking knobs to adjust the arm's tension perfectly for your setup.
