Question 1

I have larger thighs—will these bands roll up or dig in during squats?

Accepted Answer

Most users find the fabric design stays put much better than rubber bands. However, if you have particularly thick thighs (over 22 inches in circumference), a few reviewers mentioned some rolling with the narrower bands. The "heavy" band, being wider, tends to stay in place the best. If this is a concern, we recommend starting with the heaviest band for lower-body work and sizing up if needed.

Question 2

The resistance levels seem off—are they accurate for someone who works out regularly?

Accepted Answer

This is a common point of confusion. The three levels are designed more for warm-ups, rehab, and light-to-moderate strength work—not heavy powerlifting. A small number of users found the "heavy" band felt like a medium. If you're an advanced lifter, consider these as a supplement for glute activation or mobility, not a primary resistance tool. Starting with the heavy band is still a solid choice for most.

Question 3

Do these bands come with a workout guide or just the bands in a bag?

Accepted Answer

You get the three band levels (light, medium, heavy) in a small mesh bag for storage—no printed workout guide. But many TikTok and YouTube users have shared free routines using these exact bands for glute bridges, clamshells, and lateral walks. If you want structure, a quick search for "fabric booty band workout" will give you plenty of ideas.

Question 4

What if I need to return them because the resistance isn't right for me?

Accepted Answer

The return window is typically 30 days from purchase, and the process is straightforward as long as the bands are unused and in original packaging. Just contact customer support for a prepaid return label. A few reviewers mentioned getting a full refund with no hassle, which is reassuring. We recommend trying the light band first indoors to test the fit and resistance before committing to a full workout.

Question 5

Are these safe for someone with a latex or rubber allergy?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the bands are made from fabric (usually a polyester-cotton blend) with a latex-free rubber core. The outer material never touches your skin directly, and there are no latex fasteners. That said, if you're extremely sensitive, let them air out overnight before first use—some customers noted a slight factory smell that dissipates quickly, which may be from the packaging or inner rubber seal.
