Question 1

Is this cleanser suitable for dry or sensitive skin?

Accepted Answer

It's popular for providing a clean feel without tightness, which many with normal to combination skin love. However, based on social listening, a minority with *very* dry or fragrance-sensitive skin have found it slightly drying. If your skin is easily irritated, you may want to patch test first. For a guaranteed gentle, fragrance-free alternative, users often recommend CeraVe or Vanicream cleansers.

Question 2

Can I use this to remove makeup and sunscreen?

Accepted Answer

It's an excellent facial cleanser, but most users on platforms like TikTok emphasize it's best as the *second step* in a double-cleansing routine. For waterproof makeup and heavy sunscreen, you should use an oil-based cleanser or micellar water first. This Rice Water Cleanser will then perfectly cleanse away any residue for a truly fresh finish.

Question 3

How strong is the fragrance, and what's the consistency like?

Accepted Answer

The cleanser has a light, fresh, and clean scent—often compared to mild soap or rice water. While many enjoy it, those highly sensitive to fragrance should be aware it is present. The texture is a liquid that transforms into a rich, creamy, and luxurious foam with a small amount of water.

Question 4

I've seen comments about the pump leaking. Is this a common issue?

Accepted Answer

While the vast majority of pumps work fine, there have been isolated reports of leaking or dispensing too much product. This appears to be a occasional packaging inconsistency. If you receive a faulty pump, we recommend contacting the seller directly for a replacement or solution. Many users simply transfer the product to another bottle.

Question 5

How long does the 150ml bottle typically last with daily use?

Accepted Answer

With typical twice-daily use (one pump per use), most users report the bottle lasting between 2 to 3 months. A little goes a long way thanks to its rich lather. If you're looking for a larger size for better long-term value, it's worth checking if bundle deals or larger formats are available from the seller.
