Question 1

How accurate is the Vibeat Oxylink compared to a doctor's oximeter?

Accepted Answer

The Oxylink is designed for personal wellness tracking and trend observation, not for medical diagnosis. Many users on health forums report its readings are generally consistent with their traditional oximeters during rest. However, like all consumer devices, it can occasionally show brief fluctuations during movement. For peace of mind, it's excellent for spotting trends, but always consult a professional device for critical health decisions.

Question 2

Is it comfortable to wear all night for sleep tracking?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. This is one of the most praised features. Reviewers on TikTok and Amazon consistently mention how lightweight and unobtrusive it is, often forgetting they're wearing it. The soft silicone material is breathable, making it a popular choice for continuous overnight monitoring without discomfort.

Question 3

I've heard about Bluetooth issues. How reliable is the connection?

Accepted Answer

Most users experience stable connections, but some have reported occasional disconnections, often after the device enters a deep sleep mode. Ensuring your phone's Bluetooth settings don't "optimize" battery for the Vibeat app can help. If you do face issues, a quick restart of both the device and phone's Bluetooth usually resolves it. The app also reconnects automatically when in range.

Question 4

What's the real-world battery life, and who is this best suited for?

Accepted Answer

With continuous monitoring (like during sleep), you can expect a full night's use (8-10 hours) on a single charge. For periodic spot checks, it lasts several days. It's perfectly suited for individuals interested in wellness trends, recovering patients monitoring their progress, parents checking on a sick child, or anyone wanting insights into their sleep oxygen levels. It's less ideal for those seeking a clinical, diagnostic-grade device.

Question 5

What if it doesn't fit well or meet my expectations?

Accepted Answer

We offer a 30-day return window for a full refund if you're not satisfied. A common piece of feedback is that the fit is ideal for average to slightly larger fingers, but those with very broad fingers might find it snug for extended wear. We recommend checking the sizing guide and considering your use case—it's designed for comfort during activity and sleep for most users.
