Question 1

How many capsules do I need to take each day, and can I take them all at once?

Accepted Answer

The recommended dose is 4 capsules daily, which you can take together or split across meals. Many TikTok users mention taking two in the morning and two at night to make it easier on the stomach. If you're sensitive to supplements, starting with a lower dose and building up is a smart move.

Question 2

Is this supplement third-party tested, and is the bottle sealed when it arrives?

Accepted Answer

Yes, Wholesome Story states that their inositol is third-party tested for purity and potency. That said, a few Reddit users have reported receiving bottles with broken or missing seals — if that happens to you, contact the seller right away for a replacement. It's always worth checking the seal before you open the cap.

Question 3

Will this help with PCOS, irregular cycles, or fertility — and how long until I see results?

Accepted Answer

Many reviewers with PCOS report more regular cycles and better mood after 1–3 months of consistent use, thanks to the 40:1 myo-to-D-chiro ratio. However, outcomes vary widely — some women notice changes in weeks, others see nothing. This is a supplement, not a medication, so it works best alongside medical guidance and lifestyle support.

Question 4

Can I take this with metformin, birth control, or other fertility medications?

Accepted Answer

That's a question for your doctor or pharmacist, not a review section. Inositol is generally well-tolerated, but interactions are possible depending on your specific meds and health history. Several YouTube commenters mention clearing it with their OB-GYN first — a good habit before adding any new supplement.

Question 5

How does this compare to Ovasitol or other inositol brands, and what if it doesn't work for me?

Accepted Answer

The main difference is format — Wholesome Story uses capsules, while Ovasitol is a powder you mix into drinks. Both use the 40:1 ratio, but capsule fans prefer the convenience and no aftertaste. If it doesn't work for you, check the retailer's return window; most major platforms accept unopened bottles within 30 days. A few users wish they'd started with a smaller size before committing to 90 servings.
