Question 1

Are the bears actually 10 inches tall?

Accepted Answer

Based on numerous customer measurements, the bears typically range from 8.5 to 9 inches tall when sitting. While adorable and perfectly proportioned for table centerpieces, they are generally slightly smaller than the listed 10-inch size.

Question 2

How true-to-life is the "Light Brown" color shown in the photos?

Accepted Answer

The color is best described as a soft, muted taupe or dusty light brown, which many customers find elegantly neutral. It's less golden/warm than it may appear in some promotional lighting. They work beautifully for gender-neutral themes, rustic weddings, and elegant showers.

Question 3

Are these sturdy enough for a child to play with daily, or are they just for decoration?

Accepted Answer

They are primarily designed as decorative items for events. While soft and well-made for their purpose, the stitching and accessories (like the satin bow) may not withstand rigorous, daily toddler play. They are perfect as keepsakes, party favors, or gentle cuddle buddies for older children.

Question 4

I've seen comments about quality consistency in the 8-pack. What can I expect?

Accepted Answer

The vast majority of buyers receive a uniform set of perfect bears. However, as with any mass-produced plush item, there is a small chance of a minor inconsistency, such as a slightly off-center seam or a wrinkled bow. These are often easily fixed. For critical events, some savvy hosts recommend ordering with a small buffer.

Question 5

What if I receive a bear with a defect, like a loose eye or torn seam?

Accepted Answer

Your satisfaction is important. Please contact our customer support through your order page. We will happily resolve the issue, whether it involves replacing the specific bear or assisting with a return. We stand by the quality of our products for their intended decorative use.
