Question 1

How does the sizing run? Should I order my usual size?

Accepted Answer

The fit is intentionally relaxed. Based on numerous reviews, if you prefer a more fitted look, you might consider sizing down. However, if you love the oversized, cozy aesthetic shown in the photos, your usual size should work perfectly. We recommend checking the detailed size chart in the product images for the best fit.

Question 2

Is the material thick and warm, or thin and lightweight?

Accepted Answer

This cardigan is designed as a versatile layering piece. Many TikTok and Instagram users love it for its stylish, lightweight feel—perfect for spring, fall, or indoor wear. It's soft and comfortable but not a heavy winter knit. Some reviewers note it's best layered over a cami or t-shirt.

Question 3

I've heard about pilling with similar knits. How does this cardigan hold up after washing?

Accepted Answer

The fabric is very soft, which can be prone to pilling with friction (like on bag straps or seatbelts). To maintain its look, we recommend washing it on a gentle cycle in a mesh bag, laying it flat to dry, and using a fabric shaver or de-piller if needed. This will help keep it looking fresh, as many happy customers do.

Question 4

What is the return or exchange process if it doesn't fit or meet my expectations?

Accepted Answer

We want you to love your purchase! We offer a standard return window for unworn items with original tags. Please visit our "Returns & Exchanges" policy page (link in footer) for all the details on how to initiate a return and any associated timelines or fees.

Question 5

Who is this cardigan best suited for?

Accepted Answer

It's a hit with anyone looking for a soft, trendy layer to elevate a casual outfit. Students, remote workers, and style-savvy shoppers consistently praise its comfort and versatility for daily wear. If you're looking for a thick, structured winter coat alternative, this might not be the right choice. But for a chic, comfortable piece to throw on over jeans or a dress, it's perfect.
