Question 1

Is this power bank safe to take on an airplane?

Accepted Answer

Most airline regulations limit lithium battery packs to under 100Wh (about 27,000mAh). Since this unit is rated at 60,000mAh (approx. 222Wh), it exceeds carry-on limits in most cases. We recommend checking your airline’s policy or opting for a smaller capacity bank for frequent travel—many TikTok users shared this got confiscated at security.

Question 2

The real-world charging seems lower than 60,000mAh. Is it mislabeled?

Accepted Answer

You’re right to notice! The 60,000mAh refers to the internal cell capacity at 3.7V. In real-world use, energy is lost to heat, conversion, and voltage boosting for USB-C PD charging (5V–20V). Most users get enough power to recharge a typical smartphone 4–5 times or a tablet 1–2 times, which is still generous for the price point.

Question 3

Can I charge a MacBook Pro or other laptops with this?

Accepted Answer

It works with some light laptops that accept 30W charging (MacBook Air, Chromebooks). For 14-inch MacBook Pros or gaming laptops needing 60W+, this bank will only trickle-charge, especially if you’re using it while plugged in. For full laptop support, look for a power bank with 65W+ USB-C PD output—several Reddit threads recommend that instead.

Question 4

How fast does the power bank itself recharge, and can I use it while charging?

Accepted Answer

It takes about 10–12 hours with a 30W wall charger to fully recharge. You can charge it and use it to power a device simultaneously (pass-through charging), though it will slow the overall charge time. Many users recommend overnight charging—set it and forget it.

Question 5

All 7 outputs sound great, but will it overheat using them all at once?

Accepted Answer

It does get warm to the touch under heavy load, which is normal. The unit has built-in protection circuits, but we wouldn’t recommend maxing out all ports for extended periods (like charging 7 tablets at once). Sticking to 3–4 devices is where it runs most reliably, based on user feedback and our testing.
