Question 1

I have small or sensitive ear canals. Will these fit me comfortably?

Accepted Answer

Many users find the soft silicone and four included tip sizes provide a great fit. However, based on social media feedback, a small number of people with particularly petite ear canals have found even the smallest tip less than ideal for all-night wear. If you've had issues with other reusable plugs before, please be mindful of our return policy.

Question 2

How do these compare to cheap foam earplugs from the pharmacy?

Accepted Answer

It's a common question! The key differences are material and value. Our silicone plugs are designed to be washed and reused for months, making them more economical and eco-friendly over time. They also provide a different kind of comfort—softer against the skin for many—and come with a carrying case for hygiene. However, some high-decibel foam plugs may achieve a slightly higher noise reduction rating (NRR) by forming a tighter seal.

Question 3

Can I expect complete silence with these, especially for low noises like snoring or traffic?

Accepted Answer

It's important to set realistic expectations. With a 30dB noise reduction rating, these plugs are excellent at dampening and reducing a wide range of sounds, making them highly effective for sleep and focus. However, as noted in many YouTube reviews, they *attenuate* noise rather than create "total silence." Lower-frequency rumbles (like some snoring or heavy traffic) will be significantly quieter but may not be completely eliminated.

Question 4

How durable are they, and how should I care for them?

Accepted Answer

The silicone eartips are quite durable and can be gently washed with mild soap and water. The case is handy for storage, but we recommend handling it with care—some users on Reddit have noted the hinge can be a weak point if forced. For longevity, keep them clean, store them in the case when not in use, and avoid exposing them to extreme heat.

Question 5

What is your return policy if they don't work out for me?

Accepted Answer

We stand by our products and want you to be completely satisfied. We offer a hassle-free return window. If the earplugs aren't the right fit for your needs, you can contact our customer support team for a full refund. Details on the timeframe and process can be found on your order confirmation email.
