Question 1

Does this creatine mix easily, or does it clump?

Accepted Answer

Most users find it mixes very well, especially when using a shaker bottle. It's micronized, meaning the particles are finer for better dissolution. Some have noted that humidity or how it's stored can occasionally cause clumping. For the smoothest experience, we recommend mixing it in a shaker with a ball or blending it into a smoothie or juice.

Question 2

What's the deal with the scoop, and how much is one serving?

Accepted Answer

The included scoop holds approximately 5g of creatine monohydrate, which is a standard serving. Honestly, feedback on the scoop is mixed—some find it handy, while others find it a bit flimsy and prefer using their own teaspoon. For precise dosing, especially when starting, using a digital kitchen scale is always best.

Question 3

I'm new to creatine. Is this suitable, and will it cause bloating?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it's an excellent choice for beginners because it's pure, unflavoured, and affordable. A common tip from the community is to start with a half-scoop (2.5g) daily for the first week to allow your body to adjust, which can help minimize any initial water retention or bloating. Then, you can move to the full 5g daily serving.

Question 4

Is it truly unflavoured and vegan?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it is both unflavoured and vegan-friendly. It contains no animal products or artificial flavours. Many users mix it with no issue in just water, but it's worth noting that a small number of people detect a slight, natural chalky taste of pure creatine. Mixing it with fruit juice, a sports drink, or your post-workout protein shake completely masks this and is a popular hack.

Question 5

How does this compare to more expensive brands or Creapure?

Accepted Answer

This is bulk creatine monohydrate, which is the form with the most extensive research backing its effectiveness. The main difference with premium-branded versions like Creapure is often the guaranteed sourcing and additional purity certifications, which come at a higher cost. For the vast majority of users seeking results and value, this product delivers exceptional performance per pound, as seen in thousands of positive reviews highlighting strength and endurance gains.
