Question 1

Does the Drift Air Freshener reliably come with the metal clip for hanging?

Accepted Answer

Based on customer feedback, most orders include the metal clip, but there have been rare instances where it was missing. We have addressed this with our fulfillment partners. If your kit arrives without the clip, please contact our customer support immediately for a prompt replacement or solution.

Question 2

How long can I realistically expect the Cabana scent to last in my car?

Accepted Answer

The longevity varies based on your car's environment (like heat and airflow). Many users report a strong scent for 1-2 weeks, with a lighter fragrance lingering longer. For a continuous intense scent, some enthusiasts on social media suggest reapplying a few drops of the included oil every 7-10 days.

Question 3

Is this strong enough to eliminate existing odors, or is it just a light fragrance?

Accepted Answer

The Drift Air Freshener is designed as a premium fragrance diffuser. It excels at providing a clean, long-lasting scent. For mild, everyday odors, it works wonderfully. However, for persistent, strong smells (like heavy smoke or pet odors), it acts more as a pleasant cover and may need to be paired with a dedicated odor eliminator first.

Question 4

What does the 'Cabana' scent actually smell like, and who is it for?

Accepted Answer

The Cabana scent is a popular, unisex blend designed to evoke a clean, fresh, and relaxing atmosphere—think of crisp linen, coastal air, and a hint of warmth. It's neither overly sweet nor spicy, making it a versatile choice for most drivers who prefer a sophisticated, non-cloying fragrance.

Question 5

What is your policy if I'm not satisfied with the product?

Accepted Answer

Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a hassle-free return policy within 30 days of purchase. This is especially important to us given the feedback about consistency. If your kit is incomplete, the scent doesn't meet your expectations, or you have any issues at all, our friendly support team is here to make it right.
