Question 1

Is this a true mechanical keyboard, or does it just have a mechanical feel?

Accepted Answer

This keyboard uses "mechanical-feel" or mecha-membrane switches. They provide a tactile click similar to mechanical keyboards but are not the same as individual mechanical switches found in higher-end models. Many Reddit users note this distinction—it's great for a responsive typing experience on a budget, but purists seeking Cherry MX-style switches may want to look elsewhere.

Question 2

How reliable is the product? I've seen mixed reviews about things breaking.

Accepted Answer

Experiences vary. Many customers are very happy with the sturdy build and long-term performance. However, a notable number of reports on social media mention units arriving defective or failing early. We recommend testing both the keyboard and mouse thoroughly upon arrival. Our after-sales team is committed to resolving any quality control issues you may encounter under the product warranty.

Question 3

Is the mouse suitable for competitive or FPS gaming?

Accepted Answer

The included mouse is best for casual gaming and everyday use. While it has adjustable DPI, users on forums like TikTok and YouTube often point out that its sensor and ergonomics aren't optimized for precision-focused, competitive FPS gaming. For serious gaming, investing in a dedicated gaming mouse is a common suggestion from the community.

Question 4

What's the real-world battery life, and is it good for travel?

Accepted Answer

The 2000mAh battery is a standout feature! With the RGB backlighting on at a moderate level, you can expect several weeks of typical use. Turn the lighting off, and it can last for months. The compact 80% layout saves space, making it excellent for dorm rooms or taking to a friend's house. Just remember to pack the USB receiver.

Question 5
