Question 1

Do the volume control buttons work with all USB-C phones, like Google Pixel or OnePlus?

Accepted Answer

While fully compatible for audio playback and microphone use, inline remote functionality can vary by Android model. They are guaranteed to work fully with iPhones 15/16 and recent Samsung Galaxy phones. For other brands (like Pixel or OnePlus), the middle button always controls play/pause, but volume adjustment may rely on your phone's on-screen controls. Checking your specific device's support for USB-C audio accessories is recommended.

Question 2

How is the microphone quality for phone and video calls?**

Accepted Answer

The built-in mic is designed for clear voice capture in everyday environments. Based on user feedback, it performs very well for standard phone calls and quiet-room video conferences. However, some users in very noisy settings (like busy streets) have noted it can pick up ambient sound. For critical professional calls or competitive gaming chat, a dedicated headset might be preferable.

Question 3

I've had issues with headphone wires breaking near the plug. How durable are these?**

Accepted Answer

We've designed these with a reinforced stress-relief collar at the USB-C connector, a common failure point. The majority of our users report long-lasting durability with normal use. To maximize lifespan, we suggest avoiding sharp bends at the plug and loosely coiling the cable for storage. They are covered by our standard warranty against manufacturing defects.

Question 4

What's included in the box, and will they fit small ears?**

Accepted Answer

You'll receive the headphones with a fixed USB-C connector and three pairs of detachable silicone ear tips (Small, Medium, Large). The Medium tips are pre-attached. Most users find a secure and comfortable fit by selecting the right tip size. If you have particularly small ear canals, using the included Small tips typically resolves fit issues. For active use, ensuring you have the correct snug fit is key to keeping them in place.

Question 5

Who are these headphones best suited for?**

Accepted Answer

These are an excellent choice for anyone seeking a simple, high-quality wired audio solution. They're perfect for students, commuters, and travelers who appreciate plug-and-play reliability without Bluetooth pairing or battery concerns. iPhone 15/16 owners love them as a direct-wired alternative. If your primary needs are for intense athletic activity or studio-level microphone quality, you might consider more specialized alternatives.
