Question 1

How long until I actually see gray hair reversing or less graying?

Accepted Answer

Most users notice subtle improvements in hair shine and texture around week 4–6, but visible changes in gray hair color are rare in the first 3 months. As many Reddit forums discuss, oral catalase is still debated—your results depend on genetics, diet, and underlying causes of graying. For best results, we recommend consistent daily use for at least 90 days alongside a balanced diet.

Question 2

Are the capsules easy to swallow? I’ve had trouble with large pills.

Accepted Answer

They’re medium-sized—around 0.75 inches long—which most people manage fine with water. That said, some TikTok reviewers mentioned they prefer splitting the dose by taking one capsule with breakfast and one with dinner. If you have a sensitive gag reflex, you can also open the capsule and mix the powder into yogurt or a smoothie (though it’s slightly bitter).

Question 3

I’m already taking biotin and a multivitamin. Will this cause overdose of any ingredients?

Accepted Answer

This formula provides 300 mcg biotin and 400 mcg folic acid—safe amounts that work well with most multivitamins. However, check your existing supplements: total biotin above 10,000 mcg daily can interfere with lab test results, and excess folic acid may mask B12 deficiency. If you’re unsure, snap a photo of both bottles and ask your pharmacist or primary care doctor.

Question 4

I keep seeing mixed reviews about whether catalase actually works in pill form. What’s the truth?

Accepted Answer

It’s a fair question—purists argue catalase needs injection or topical application to survive stomach acid. But newer studies on enteric-coated formulas and liposomal delivery suggest oral catalase can still benefit hair follicles by reducing oxidative stress systemically. Think of it as a supportive player for overall hair health, not a silver-bullet reversal agent. Many YouTube reviewers who track their progress monthly say they trust consistent use over magic claims.

Question 5

Can men with prostate concerns take this, given the saw palmetto?

Accepted Answer

Yes—saw palmetto is commonly used by men for prostate health and may help with hair thinning linked to DHT. That said, if you’re on prescription medication for BPH or prostate issues, check with your urologist first. The dose here (standardized extract) is generally well-tolerated and shouldn’t interfere with regular screenings. For peace of mind, start with one capsule daily for the first week to gauge your response.
