Question 1

I have a 1440p 165Hz or a 4K 60Hz monitor. Will this cable work without any flickering or signal loss?

Accepted Answer

Yes, absolutely. This cable is specifically designed and verified to handle 2560x1440 (2K) resolution at up to 144Hz and 3840x2160 (4K) at 60Hz, which covers your needs. Many users on tech forums have reported it reliably replaces the stock cables that sometimes can't maintain these signals.

Question 2

Is this a DisplayPort 1.4 cable? The title mentions DP 1.2.

Accepted Answer

This is a high-speed cable built to the DisplayPort 1.2 standard, which robustly supports the performance tiers advertised (4K@60Hz, 2K@144Hz). It is not a certified DP 1.4 cable. If you require features exclusive to DP 1.4 like HDR at higher bandwidths or 8K support, you would need a different cable.

Question 3

How flexible is the cable? My computer is in a tight space behind my desk.

Accepted Answer

The cable is built for durability with a thick outer jacket, which does make it less flexible than very thin cables. Users often describe it as "sturdy" or "substantial." If your ports are in a very cramped area with sharp bends required immediately at the connector, you may find it a bit stiff. For most desk routing, however, its build quality is a major plus.

Question 4

What if the cable doesn't work with my specific setup? What's the return policy?

Accepted Answer

We stand by the product's performance. If you experience any issues, please contact our customer support for troubleshooting. If the cable is defective or incompatible with your properly functioning equipment, it is covered by a return and refund policy. Check your order details for the specific return window and instructions.

Question 5

Who is this cable best suited for?

Accepted Answer

This cable is an excellent choice for gamers, professionals, and home office users looking for a reliable, high-performance upgrade from basic cables. It's perfect for connecting modern PCs and laptops to monitors for 1440p high-refresh-rate gaming or 4K productivity. It's less suited for users needing the absolute latest DP 1.4/2.0 specifications for 4K@120Hz+ gaming.
