Question 1

Are these boxes truly a "medium" size? I'm worried they'll be too small for my move.

Accepted Answer

The "Medium" label refers to this specific product line. At 18"L x 14"W x 12"H, they are considered a medium-small box, which is actually a benefit! This size is consistently praised in reviews for being perfect for heavier items like books, dishes, and tools without becoming dangerously heavy. For bulky, lightweight items like bedding, you may want to complement these with larger boxes.

Question 2

How sturdy are they for heavy items, and can they be stacked?

Accepted Answer

Made of single-wall corrugated cardboard, they are very sturdy for standard moving and storage. Most customers report successfully packing them with heavy items and stacking them 4-6 high in a moving truck. For the utmost security with extremely dense loads (e.g., tool collections), some users on Reddit recommend supplementing with a few "Heavy Duty" double-wall boxes.

Question 3

Do they come assembled, and are they easy to set up?

Accepted Answer

They arrive flat-packed in a compact bundle. A major benefit highlighted across TikTok and YouTube packing tutorials is their easy assembly—they quickly "lock" into a rectangular shape. The key step, as many users note, is to generously tape the bottom flaps for maximum strength. Having packing tape on hand is essential.

Question 4

Is a 10-pack enough for an apartment move, and what's the return policy if some arrive damaged?

Accepted Answer

A 10-pack is an excellent start for a studio or small one-bedroom apartment, but most moves require more. It's common to order multiple packs. While shipping damage is rare, if any boxes arrive crushed or torn, Amazon's A-to-Z guarantee and the seller's return policy cover damaged items. We recommend inspecting your shipment upon delivery.

Question 5

Who are these boxes best suited for?

Accepted Answer

They are a versatile favorite for: Apartment & first-time movers (manageable size/weight), home organizers (they fit standard storage shelves perfectly), and small business shippers. They are less ideal for someone who only needs very large boxes for pillows or lampshades, or for moving extremely heavy machinery where a double-wall box is recommended.
