Question 1

Is this oil safe to use in my cool-mist humidifier, and can I apply it to my skin?

Accepted Answer

Yes, this blend is safe for use in most cool-mist humidifiers and ultrasonic diffusers—just add a few drops to the water tank. For topical use, we strongly recommend diluting it with a carrier oil (like coconut or jojoba) first, as some users with sensitive skin have reported irritation. It's always best to do a patch test.

Question 2

How does the scent and effectiveness compare to something like Vicks VapoRub?

Accepted Answer

Many users find it provides a similar clearing sensation but in a more aromatic, less medicinal-smelling format. It's designed for continuous air diffusion rather than direct chest application. Think of it as a gentler, room-filling alternative. If you're looking for an intense, direct-inhalation medicated feel, a traditional salve might be more suitable.

Question 3

I've read some reviews about leaks. How is the bottle packaged for shipping?

Accepted Answer

We use secure, recyclable packaging to protect the bottle during transit. Each bottle has a sealed orifice reducer to prevent spills. While rare, shipping damage can occur. If your item arrives leaking, please contact our customer service immediately for a replacement or refund—we'll make it right.

Question 4

What if the scent isn't strong enough for me or I don't like it?

Accepted Answer

Scent perception is personal! While most of our 16,000+ reviewers praise its strength, some prefer a subtler aroma. If you're unsatisfied for any reason, we offer a customer-friendly return policy. Check your order confirmation email for full details on our hassle-free return process.

Question 5
