Question 1

How do I choose the right size, and will it work for someone with wider hips or thighs?

Accepted Answer

Sizing depends on your height and leg length more than weight. The standard size fits most people under 5'10" with average thighs. If you wear a women’s size 14+ or men’s size 40+ waist, the "Plus" or "Extra-Wide" version is recommended. Many Reddit users suggest measuring from your hip to knee while lying on your side—if that distance is over 12 inches, go large.

Question 2

Is this pillow machine washable, and does it sleep cool?

Accepted Answer

The outer cover is removable, machine-washable, and made from a bamboo-rayon blend that feels soft against skin. The memory foam core itself should never be washed—spot clean only. That said, some users on TikTok mention the foam can retain heat, so if you tend to sleep hot, consider pairing it with a breathable cotton sheets or a cooling mattress topper.

Question 3

Will this pillow help with sciatica or hip bursitis, or should I look at other options?

Accepted Answer

Many reviewers report real relief from sciatica and hip bursitis when used consistently for side sleeping. The cutout design removes pressure from the greater trochanter (the bony part of your hip). However, if your pain is centered in the lower back or spine, a full-body contour pillow or a memory foam wedge might provide better alignment. A few YouTube reviews also note that placing a small towel under the knee can fine-tune the angle for bursitis sufferers.

Question 4

What’s the return policy if I don’t notice improvement within a week?

Accepted Answer

The manufacturer offers a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. Returns are free, but you’ll need to initiate the request through the seller platform. Most buyers confirm they received a full refund—no restocking fees—though it’s smart to keep the original packaging. Customer service is generally responsive via email within 24 hours.

Question 5

How long does this pillow actually last before losing its shape?

Accepted Answer

Expect the foam to maintain its loft for 6–12 months with nightly use, though some users report noticeable flattening around month 8. To extend lifespan, store it flat rather than folded and avoid direct sunlight. A common suggestion from long-term reviewers is to rotate the pillow every few months to distribute wear evenly. If it does lose support earlier, the warranty covers manufacturing defects, but general compression over time is considered normal.
