Question 1

Why does my 64GB drive show up as less than 64GB on my computer?

Accepted Answer

This is completely normal and not a defect. After formatting and system overhead, a "64GB" drive typically shows around 57–59GB of usable space. Many Reddit users point this out as a common surprise, but it applies to virtually every USB drive brand — not just SIMMAX.

Question 2

Are these fast enough for transferring movies or large files?

Accepted Answer

These are USB 2.0 drives, so expect write speeds in the 5–10 MB/s range. They're perfectly fine for documents, music, and photos, but if you're regularly moving HD video or large game files, several YouTube reviewers suggest stepping up to a USB 3.0 drive instead. For everyday light use, they get the job done.

Question 3

Will these work with my car stereo, TV, or printer?

Accepted Answer

In most cases, yes. The plug-and-play design and broad compatibility mean they work with Windows, Mac, car audio systems, smart TVs, and most printers that accept USB storage. TikTok users frequently mention using them in cars for music playback with no issues — just make sure your device supports the file format you're using (FAT32 is the safest bet).

Question 4

How durable is the swivel design? Will it break easily?

Accepted Answer

The capless swivel is convenient and eliminates lost caps, but it's made of plastic, so treat it gently. A few users on Reddit noted the hinge loosening after a month or two of heavy fidgeting. For normal use — plugging in, storing, repeating — it holds up well, especially at this price point.

Question 5

What if one of the three drives doesn't work? Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The 3-pack is covered by the platform's standard return and refund policy, so if one drive arrives faulty or fails early, you can request a replacement or refund through your order page. Buyers commonly report that two out of three work flawlessly, and customer service has been responsive when issues are raised — just keep your order number handy.
