Question 1

Should I size up due to shrinkage? How does it fit?

Accepted Answer

Based on hundreds of reviews, we strongly recommend sizing up. The fabric is a soft, lightweight cotton blend that some customers report can shrink slightly in length and width after the first wash, even with careful laundering. The intended fit is a comfortable, relaxed silhouette. If you prefer a standard fit, your usual size may work, but for a surefire relaxed fit or if you are between sizes, ordering one size larger is the most common advice from happy customers.

Question 2

Is this a thick, warm sweatshirt or more of a lightweight layer?

Accepted Answer

This is best described as a lightweight sweatshirt or heavy-weight long-sleeve tee. It's made from a soft, brushed material that's perfect for spring, fall, indoor comfort, or layering. Many TikTok and YouTube reviewers love it for this purpose, but if you're looking for a thick, winter-warming hoodie, this may feel too thin for your needs.

Question 3

How should I wash and care for it to prevent shrinkage and protect the graphic?

Accepted Answer

To maximize the life of your sweatshirt and minimize shrinkage, always wash in cold water on a gentle cycle and tumble dry on low heat or air dry. Avoid high heat in both washing and drying, as this is the primary cause of shrinkage and can cause the "Bee Kind" graphic to crack over time. Turning the garment inside out before washing is also a great tip to protect the print.

Question 4

Is the material truly as soft as the reviews say?

Accepted Answer

Yes! The overwhelming praise in customer reviews centers on its exceptional softness and comfort. The interior is brushed for a cozy, "buttery soft" feel against the skin, making it a favorite for all-day wear. The comfort and cute design are consistently the top reasons people love this sweatshirt.

Question 5

What is your return policy if it doesn't fit or meet my expectations?

Accepted Answer

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. We offer a standard return window for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Please check your order confirmation email or our Returns & Refunds policy page for specific timeframes and instructions. Given the sizing feedback, we encourage you to consider the "size up" recommendation to find your perfect fit!
