Question 1

How long does it take to inflate and deflate the mattress?

Accepted Answer

The manufacturer states the high-powered built-in electric pump (110-120V) inflates the mattress in approximately 2.25 minutes, and reviewers confirm it inflates and deflates quickly and easily by just plugging it into an outlet.

Question 2

Does the mattress stay firm through the night, or does it lose air?

Accepted Answer

Several reviewers report it stays fully inflated and firm all night, even over a week of use, though some mention it can lose a little air, and the manufacturer notes the material stretches at first inflation and may need re-inflating for the first 2-3 nights.

Question 3

Is the 18-inch height comfortable and easy to get on and off?

Accepted Answer

Reviewers say the 18-inch height makes it feel more like a regular bed and is comfortable and supportive, and one reviewer specifically noted the height helped avoid rolling onto the ground.

Question 4

What are the product dimensions and materials?

Accepted Answer

The listing states the Twin size measures 75"L x 39"W x 18"Th, is made of Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), and features a velvety, puncture- and abrasion-resistant top and sides with a carry bag included.

Question 5

What should I do if the mattress seems to lose pressure right after the first inflation?

Accepted Answer

The manufacturer explains that at first inflation the material will stretch, which can be mistaken for leaking, and you should simply re-inflate the bed; it will fully settle within 2-3 nights.
