Question 1

Do these glasses actually help with sleep and eye strain?

Accepted Answer

Reviewers report less end-of-day eye strain and better sleep after wearing them, with one long-time insomnia sufferer saying they noticed a difference immediately. Another reviewer says they help with wind-down and sleep when worn in the evening.

Question 2

Can I wear these during the daytime?

Accepted Answer

Reviewers advise against it — one notes the lenses are so strong they will basically blind you during the day, and recommends sticking to evenings only. The listing describes the lens as intended for standard pre-sleep wind-down.

Question 3

Will these glasses change the colors I see on my screens?

Accepted Answer

Yes. One reviewer warns that colors change so much that blue became unrecognizable, and says not to buy them if you need accurate colors on your phone, computer, or TV. Another reviewer, however, likes the warm hue the lens gives everything.

Question 4

How do the glasses fit and feel?

Accepted Answer

Reviewers describe them as comfortable and lightweight, and one says they fit well. Another reviewer with a larger head found the frames unattractive and poorly fitting, though they still found the lenses soothing.

Question 5

What is included with the glasses and what are the lens specs?

Accepted Answer

The listing states each pair ships with an anti-fog cloth and a case, and that the precision-tinted polycarbonate lens blocks 99% of light across 380-550nm with 100% UV400 protection, anti-smudge and scratch-resistant coating, and 48.23% visible light transmission. One reviewer also mentions a cute little blue light testing kit included in the box.
