Question 1

I'm new to mushroom supplements. Is this 10-mushroom blend too strong to start with?

Accepted Answer

It's a common question! While many new users start successfully with this blend, those with known sensitivities to supplements or fungi may prefer a gentler introduction. A popular approach mentioned in reviews is to start with one capsule daily (instead of the full three-capsule serving) for the first week to assess tolerance. If you're particularly cautious, beginning with a single-mushroom supplement is also a valid strategy.

Question 2

How long does it typically take to feel the benefits?

Accepted Answer

Experiences vary, but most users report noticing subtle changes in energy, digestion, or focus within 2-3 weeks. It's important to understand that adaptogens like these work cumulatively to support your body's systems, rather than providing an immediate stimulant effect. As one detailed reviewer put it, "I didn't 'feel' it working until one day I realized my afternoon brain fog was gone and I was handling work stress much better."

Question 3

Does the added Ashwagandha make this blend energizing or relaxing? Can I take it at night?

Accepted Answer

The Ashwagandha is included for its adaptogenic properties, meaning it helps your body manage stress. In this blend with energizing mushrooms like Cordyceps, users most commonly report a balanced, *calm energy* without jitters. While it doesn't sedate most people, taking it too close to bedtime may be stimulating for some. We recommend taking it with your morning or afternoon meal for best results.

Question 4

Are these capsules tested for purity and safety?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Om Master Blend is certified organic, and the product is third-party tested for heavy metals, microbial contaminants, and to verify the presence of the labeled mushroom compounds. Certificates of Analysis are available upon request. This rigorous testing is a key reason for its trustworthiness among our community.

Question 5

What if it doesn't work for me or I experience side effects?

Accepted Answer

Your satisfaction is important. While many praise the benefits, some users, especially those new to mushroom supplements, experience initial digestive adjustment. We always recommend consulting your healthcare provider before starting any new supplement. If you're unsatisfied for any reason, please reach out to our customer support team—we're here to help and have a satisfaction guarantee in place.
