Question 1

I have an awkward corner entertainment center. Will this mount actually make my TV viewable from the main seating area?

Accepted Answer

Yes, corner placement is one of this mount's strongest suits! It provides a significant swivel and extension to pull the TV out from the corner and angle it toward your couch. Many users on Reddit have called it a "corner savior." However, it's not an extra-long arm; manage expectations by measuring your space. For most standard rooms, the range of motion is more than sufficient.

Question 2

How difficult is installation really? Can I do it by myself?

Accepted Answer

Most reviewers find the installation straightforward, especially if you're handy. The key challenge, mentioned in many YouTube tutorials, is the final step of hanging the TV onto the wall plate—the mount is sturdy (and therefore heavy). For TVs over 50 inches, we strongly recommend a second person to assist for safety and ease. All necessary tools are included, but having a stud finder and a good power drill is a plus.

Question 3

My TV is 60 inches and near the 77lb weight limit. Will this hold it securely without sagging over time?

Accepted Answer

The mount is constructed from heavy-duty steel and is designed to hold up to 77lbs securely. Users consistently praise its rock-solid feel. For TVs at the upper limit of the weight or size range, we recommend ensuring all bolts are tightened to the manufacturer's specification during installation and checking them periodically. A small number of users with heavier sets recommend this as a best practice for any articulating arm mount.

Question 4

What if I'm missing parts or my TV has a less common VESA pattern?

Accepted Answer

The kit includes hardware for a wide array of VESA patterns up to 400x400mm and spacers for various TV back designs. While rare, if you are missing a piece, please contact the seller through your Amazon order page immediately—they are best equipped to resolve packaging issues quickly. For unique VESA patterns, double-check your TV's manual and compare it to the mount's specifications before purchasing.

Question 5

Is this Pipishell mount comparable to premium brands like Sanus? Where's the catch?

Accepted Answer

This is a frequent question in online forums. The consensus is that for core functionality—sturdiness, smooth articulation, and secure hold—it performs remarkably similarly. The difference often comes in the "extras": premium packaging, slightly more detailed model-specific instructions, and potentially more responsive direct customer service. The Pipishell mount is celebrated as exceptional value, offering premium core performance without the brand-name premium price.
