Question 1

I have a broad build and really tight shoulders. Will this massager fit and work for me?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it's designed for a range of body types. Many users with athletic or broad shoulders find it effective, though reaching the very center of the upper back independently can require some flexibility. The key is using the different handle positions and anchor points. If you have extreme tension, start gently and briefly—initial intensity is common but subsides with regular use as muscles release.

Question 2

The reviews mention it can be painful at first. Is that normal, and how do I use it correctly?

Accepted Answer

Yes, initial discomfort is frequently reported and generally indicates you're hitting the right trigger points. For best results, start with light pressure for 30-60 seconds per knot, avoiding direct contact with the spine or shoulder blades. Breathe deeply and let the pressure "melt" into the muscle. As TikTok users often demonstrate, slow, controlled movements yield better results than forceful digging. The pain should transform into relief within a few sessions.

Question 3

How does the build quality hold up over time? The plastic looks a bit simple in the photos.

Accepted Answer

The massager is made from durable, medical-grade ABS plastic designed to withstand significant pressure. While a small number of users on forums have mentioned concerns about creaking handles, the overwhelming feedback highlights its longevity with proper care. Avoid dropping it or forcing the joints beyond their intended range. It's built for targeted muscle release, not as a weight-bearing tool.

Question 4

How does this compare to a massage gun or a Thera Cane? Which is right for me?

Accepted Answer

This is a specialized tool for *targeted, pinpoint* release, especially in the trapezius, neck, and suboccipital area. A massage gun is better for larger muscle groups and broader percussion. A Thera Cane offers more leverage for reaching your own back but is less precise for the neck and base of the skull. Choose this massager if your primary issue is "tech neck," shoulder knots, or tension headaches.

Question 5

What if it doesn't work for my specific pain? What's the return policy?

Accepted Answer

We stand by our product with a customer-friendly return window. Please check the specific return and refund policy details on the product page at the time of your purchase for the most current information. We recommend giving it a few honest tries over a week, as many happy customers note that technique and acclimation improved their results significantly.
