Question 1

How strong is the lavender scent, and is it a natural aroma?

Accepted Answer

The lavender scent is widely praised for being potent and relaxing. Based on numerous reviews, it creates a noticeable and calming atmosphere, especially in bedrooms or bathrooms. The fragrance is a blended aromatherapy scent designed for relaxation; it is not a pure, single-note essential oil scent but is beloved for its authentic, spa-like quality.

Question 2

I've seen comments about the wick. Does this candle tunnel or have burn issues?

Accepted Answer

While most users enjoy a clean burn, a common note from experienced candle users is that the wick can be finicky. To ensure an even burn and prevent tunneling (where wax doesn't melt to the edges), we recommend allowing the candle to create a full melt pool across the entire surface on its first burn, which can take 2-3 hours. Trimming the wick to 1/4" before each light also helps maintain a strong flame.

Question 3

What exactly are the "crystals inside" the candle?

Accepted Answer

The candle contains small, genuine crystal chips and mineral pieces meant to enhance its aesthetic and intentional energy. As noted in some TikTok unboxings, they are granular in size—think small, colorful stones and glitter—rather than large, singular points. They create a beautiful, shimmering effect when the candle is both lit and unlit.

Question 4

Is this candle a good gift, and who is it best suited for?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Its elegant jar and unique crystal design make it a frequently mentioned hit for gifts. It's especially popular for Mother's Day, birthdays, or as a self-care treat. It's best suited for anyone who enjoys lavender, home decor, or creating a relaxing ambiance. However, for those with severe fragrance sensitivities, a pure essential oil diffuser might be a better alternative.

Question 5

What is your return policy if the candle arrives damaged or doesn't meet expectations?

Accepted Answer

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If your candle arrives with any damage (like a cracked jar or lid) or you're unhappy with it, please contact our customer support team directly via your order confirmation email. We'll promptly arrange a replacement or refund. We also recommend giving the candle a full first burn to properly assess its scent throw before deciding.
