Question 1

Will this mask fit my face if I have a larger head or wear glasses?

Accepted Answer

Fit is one of the most talked-about pain points we've seen. The 2024 model uses a single elastic strap, which works best for medium-to-average face sizes. Many TikTok users mentioned it can slip off during sleep if you're a side sleeper or have a larger head. For smaller faces, the mask may feel loose. If you're between sizes or a restless sleeper, you might want to consider a mask with adjustable straps. We recommend checking product dimensions or user photos before purchase.

Question 2

How long does the battery actually last in real-world use?

Accepted Answer

Several buyers reported the battery lasts closer to 45–60 minutes of continuous heat, despite the advertised 2 hours. The actual runtime depends on the heat setting you choose. It's fine for a single session or a short nap, but unlikely to last through a full night's sleep. The auto-off timer (typically 20 minutes) helps conserve battery and prevents overheating. For longer sessions, you'll need to recharge between uses.

Question 3

Is the heating safe for sensitive eyes or people with dry eye syndrome?

Accepted Answer

Many Reddit users with diagnosed dry eye or post-LASIK recovery have found this mask helpful, especially for styes and morning puffiness. The patented heating technology provides consistent warmth (around 104–107°F). However, some users with very sensitive skin noted that the fabric can feel plasticky and cause sweating or irritation. If you have rosacea, eczema, or extremely sensitive eyelids, you might want to place a thin cotton cloth between your skin and the mask.

Question 4

What's your return/refund policy if I'm not satisfied?

Accepted Answer

The seller offers a 30-day return window from delivery. But customer reviews indicate the process can be slow – some waited over a week for a response or had to file a dispute. We recommend: (1) keeping all packaging, (2) taking photos of any defects, and (3) contacting customer service via email for a paper trail. If you're concerned about fit or quality, consider checking unboxing videos on YouTube to see the mask in action before committing.

Question 5

How do I clean the mask without damaging the electronics?

Accepted Answer

This is a common question on TikTok. The outer cover is removable and can be hand-washed with mild soap, then air-dried. Do not machine wash or dry – the internal heating elements and battery are not waterproof. For the inner surface that touches your eyes, gently wipe with a damp, soap-free cloth after each use to remove oils and residue. For deeper cleaning, turn the mask inside out and spot-clean. Never submerge any part of the mask in water.
